Service Department at Connecticut Basement Systems
Here at Connecticut Basement Systems, we have a unique department dedicated to serving you, the customer, in any possible way. The Service Department has been around since 1999. It's made up of 10 technicians, 2 office staff members, 1 team leader and 2 managers.
The service department serves about 26,000 customers by taking care of all service opportunities, questions or concerns, warranty work and, most of all, the proactive maintenance program.
Service department employees are here 9 hours a day to assist with any problems or questions customers may have, and they also have an emergency service program that was started in 2007. They are available for emergencies 24 hours a day, so you can breathe easy knowing that there will always be someone here to help you!
Department head Kiesha Lewis has been with service since 1996. Jason Wood and Alicia Smalls have been with the department for 9 and 7 years, respectively, and Senior Technician Brian Hammac has been working with Connecticut Basement Systems for around 8 years. The rest of the department members have been working there anywhere from 3 months to 5 years. When people come to work for Connecticut Basement Systems they stick around!
