We are very happy with the quality of your product. We have found a huge difference in our home in a very short period of time. We had to wait a number of months befoe we could actually get the work done but it was worth the wait.

Obvious that he had done this presentation over many times. Had good responses but was more interested in putting the detail into his computer. We found once we agreed to doing business, it took a number of calls and e-mails to get our salesman, Matt, to make the changes we had originally agreed to.
