General Comments: I believe that there are things you can do using your existing products to crisp up the finish around your jack hammer lines when going around mechanicals. It looks crude and unfinished. Since you decide to not use a concrete saw, jack hammer lines are very rough and unsightly, diminishing the looks of your installation product. You can fix this with existing products you offer, but used in a slightly different way. Call me if you're interesting in learning

Our Installation Crew
installers were great people. During install phone lines were accidentally pulled out of router resulting in no phone, homeowner had to work this with AT&T that afternoon. But, how can a job be complete without a water test, do I have to hold my breath and wait for the first flood ? Since you advertise your "service contract" as doing a flood test you'd think you'd do that after an install as a quality measure. After installers left I noticed that some areas had voids without enough rock
The Cleanup Process
Would be nice to damp mop the basement to remove excess dust as I did after the install. Only took me an hour to go over it twice using a commercial wringer mop. Also, would be good to damp wipe ceiling plumbing as I will have to do to get rid of max dust
